Please provide your account/order name if you are using a Tiger Technology software-only product. Your Tiger Box/Tiger Serve serial number e.g., TBOX123456, can be found in the About tab of the Tiger Store web interface, and on the back of the appliance itself.
This can be found in the "Manual Activation" prompt in the Tiger Spaces/Tiger Store About tab, and on the main page in the Tiger Bridge Configuration UI. If you do not know what your account name is, you may also provide the serial number of one of the products you are using. Account Name/ Appliance Serial Number* The account name that you use to log in to the licensing server and is included in the documentation upon purchasing a Tiger Technology software product or renewing your annual subscription.
